Hi all

Several months ago I heard that Microsoft has a special number for disabled people to use to talk to support desk people who actually know how to help people using screen readers and other adaptive technology. I didn't write it down and can't even remember where I came across the information. If anyone knows what I'm talking about and can post the number here, I'd very much appreciate it.

Thanks.

I think my ex used that service.

I'll see if she has the number and get back with you: unless someone comes up with the number here.

Be, thank you very much. I think I have resolved the problems I was having, but I will hang on to this number for future reference and perhaps to be able to help someone else too.

Thanks again.

Thanks Bea, I've written the number down for future use, and I don't have to talk with my ex to get it.
